The role of a Customer Service Advisor: 
-	Handling customer enquiries over the phone and through email
-	Updating clients order progress. 
-	Processing and updating information on the in-house CRM
-	Making calls to finalise customer queries
As a Customer Service Advisor you will need to have: 
-	Proven experience of communications via phone and email
-	Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
-	Accurate keyboard and Microsoft skills
-	The ability to monitor and track enquires from initial contact to completion
-	The ability to excel in working as part of a team
